LivingChoices.com Ranks First in Time Spent by Visitors Online, Company Reports

RISMEDIA, Jan. 12 – The latest Nielsen//NetRatings data show that visitors to The Real Estate Book’s LivingChoices.com site spent an average of over 36 minutes during the month looking for places to live. That’s number one among all the real estate/apartment sites surveyed by Nielsen//NetRatings, including Realtor.com, HomeGain.com, AOL Real Estate and Yahoo! Real Estate, the company reports.

Not only do consumers stick around, but they also keep coming back. The average unique user will visit the site 2.41 times per month, ranking LivingChoices.com third highest amongst all sites. Represented in the latest rankings were more than 17 million unique users of real estate/apartment sites.

“Obviously we are pleased. It means our alliances are working.” said Glenn Goad, senior vice president for online services, “More importantly we are delighted for our advertisers. After all, they are the ones who are getting all the leads.”
